WAYWARD & WILD SOAPS ARE:
HANDMADE
Every bar, cloth, and cotton round is made by hand in Michigan — all soap bars are made using the same Base Blend: Olive oil, Coconut oil, and Shea Butter.
SIMPLE
I don't use any artificial preservatives, micas, or synthetic dyes - only real ingredients with names you can pronounce and recognize like peppermint and lemon.
INTENTIONAL
I use wild-harvested or responsibly-sourced ingredients whenever possible — many are Certified Organic, others are foraged or grown close to home.
SMALL BATCH
Our soap is made in small batches so I can focus on quality. If it’s not good enough for me, it doesn’t leave the shop. Even our scraps and random bits and pieces are used for something!
TRANSPARENT
We list every single ingredient — no smokescreens, no mysteries. Whether you’re rocking with allergies or in the tub with sensitive skin, you’ll always know what you’re using.

I built Wayward & Wild for fellow wanderers — for campers, hikers, mushers, river rats, and kitchen witches — anyone who lives close to the land and needs soap that can keep up. This shop is my homage to dirtbag living: resourceful, raw, radically intentional.
