What ingredients do you use?
Our soaps are crafted using high-quality, natural ingredients sourced from reputable suppliers. The base recipe we use includes olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter, as well as botanical extracts, fragrance oils, and essential oils.
Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, many of our customers with sensitive skin have found our soaps to be gentle and soothing. We formulate our products without harsh chemicals and artificial additives, making them suitable for a variety of skin types, including sensitive skin.
Do you use any artificial dye/colors or man-made micas in your soaps?
No, we pride ourselves on using only natural colors derived from botanical sources. Any colorants used are derived from plant-based sources, herbal infusions, or clays.
Are your soaps cruelty-free and vegan?
We are committed to ethical practices, which is why all of our products are cruelty-free. All of our bars with one exception are vegan. We do not test on animals, and our formulations generally do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. At this time, only our Oatmeal Milk & Honey bar contains both sustainably-sourced goat's milk powder and raw honey. We believe in creating products that are both effective and compassionate.
How should I store your soaps to maintain their quality?
To ensure the longevity of your soap, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity (yes this means allowing your soaps to dry between showers!). A well-draining soap dish is ideal for allowing excess water to evaporate and preventing the soap from becoming soggy. Proper storage will help maintain the quality and integrity of your soap between uses.

Shipping Questions
When will my order ship out?
All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack all my orders one day a week.
It's just me running this thing right now, so thank you for your patience!
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped from rural Michigan where weather can be inclement. After receiving your *shipped* status email, please allow 1-2 weeks if you are ordering from the states.
I am not shipping to Canada or internationally at this time. (sorry! shipping is such a pain - thank you for your patience!)
If you have waited the proper wait time above and you believe your order is missing, please reach out via email, and I'll do my best to figure it out!
I didn't get an order confirmation email.
Please check your junk folder! Sometimes they get stuck there. If it’s still lost, you can email me and I will try to find it for you!
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
Unfortunately, not — please place your orders mindfully as I do not generally allow cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Thank you for understanding!
My package is damaged / missing.
If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via email and I will try to work out a solution with you. I do everything I can to pack all of my orders carefully, but unfortunately, once I ship off orders they are out of my control.
If it has been longer than the shipping times listed above (see: “when will my order arrive?” question) and you believe your package is missing, you can reach out to me via email and we can try to sort something out. Missing packages usually make their way back to me.
I am missing something from my order.
So sorry! Sometimes I can make mistakes while packing, please send me an email and I’ll be sure to ship out your missing items as soon as I can.
Will there be fees or taxes on my package?
Depending on where you are ordering to, you may have additional fees/taxes on your order that you will need to pay in order to receive it.
Any additional taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by my product costs/shipping fees. If you do not pay the fees, your order will be returned to me and you will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs.
