What’s your production & lead time?

All our soaps are cold-processed and need 4 weeks to fully cure for peak performance. If we already have your chosen bars in stock, we can turn around and ship in 1 week. Just let us know your timeline, and we’ll work our wild magic.
Do you offer sample packs?

Yes! For a nominal fee, we’ll send you a 6-bar sampler so your team and customers can test drive our most popular scents. Use them in-store, in locker rooms, or as promo freebies to spark wanderlust. Check out our Sampler Pack above!
How does shipping work?

You cover the shipping costs, and we’ll pack your order in boxes cushioned with recycled paper stuffing and repurposed wood shavings. Get ready to rip open the best-smelling package you’ve ever seen.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Shelf life & storage recommendations?

Our cold-process soaps have a 12-month shelf life when stored in a cool, dry place. We suggest you stand them on end—good airflow is the secret to long-lasting suds!
Can we private-label or customize packaging?

For orders of 60+ bars, we offer custom labels or insert cards with your branding. Perfect for lodges, studios, or events. Let’s co-create something that tells your unique story.
What’s your return & damage policy?

We stand behind every bar. If anything arrives cracked, missing, or not up to snuff, alert us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund damaged bars.
How do I place a reorder?
