It is expected that customer pays shipping costs. If you do not receive your order after the allotted waiting time, email us and we will work with you to find a solution. Everything is packed with a ample padding but if something is damaged email us and we will make it right!

Our bars are designed for durability, with minimal packaging and zero waste. For best quality, use within 12 months of purchase or expect about 1 month of daily use.
